By accessing this Website or participating in any physical auction services provided by World Auto Auction Arena (WAA), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this Website or register for our auction services.

If you wish to use this Website or participate in any physical auction services provided by World Auto Auction Arena (WAA), you must agree to the terms below as the exclusive basis which governs your usage of the Website and provision of our services.
If you do not agree to any of the terms, do not use this Website or register for our auction services. You acknowledge and agree that your usage of the Website and our physical arena is strictly regulated and governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Introduction
World Auto Auction Arena (hereinafter referred to as “WAA” or “we” or “us” or “our”) welcomes you to our platform. We provide Pakistan’s premier physical auto auction stage, connecting verified buyers and suppliers for luxury vehicle transactions.
The domain name www.worldautoauction.com is owned by World Auto Auction Arena. These terms of use of the Website and our physical auction yard describe the terms on which WAA offers you access to register for Bidder Passes, consign vehicles, and avail related inspection and transaction services.
These terms of service are effective upon our official launch (Coming Soon).
Eligibility to Use Services
Service available through the Website and participation on the auction floor is available only to persons of majority (18 years of age or more) who are legally competent to form a valid contract under the Contract Act, 1872, as amended from time to time, or any other applicable law.
By accessing our Website or availing any of our services, you represent to WAA that you are a major and legally competent to form a valid contract.
WAA reserves the right, without assigning any reason whatsoever, to restrict or limit your access to the Website and our physical yard.
Important
This Website serves as a digital portal for registration, inventory showcasing, and information regarding our physical auction yard in Lahore, Pakistan.
WAA facilitates the physical auction, inspection, and immediate settlement of luxury vehicles.
Any information provided on the Website is for informational purposes and does not substitute specific legal or financial advice.
Right to Terminate, Suspend or Discontinue
WAA reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or discontinue any or all sections of the Website or our auction services at any time without notice.
WAA shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website.
WAA reserves the right to terminate any Bidder Pass or Supplier agreement without notice and without providing any reason whatsoever.
User's Obligations & Restrictions
Subject to compliance with all applicable laws, you agree and undertake that your use of the Website shall be strictly governed by this agreement.
You specifically undertake not to host, upload, modify, or transmit any information that:
- Belongs to another person to which you do not have rights.
- Is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or encourages money laundering, gambling, or unlawful activity.
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or limit the functionality of the Website.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or our backend CMS systems.
- Engages in defamatory statements about WAA or conduct that might spoil the reputation of the auction arena.
Auction Transaction Services
WAA provides physical auction, vehicle consignment, bidding, inspection, and transaction facilitation services.
Vehicles Not Eligible for Consignment
- Commercial vehicles such as vans and loaders.
- Bank leased, government scheme, and customs auction vehicles unless a valid NOC is provided.
- Vehicles with unauthorized engine or transmission changes not updated in official documents.
Required Supplier Documents
- Registration Book / Smart Card.
- Sales Invoice, Sales Certificate, and Previous Owner Transfer Forms.
- Imported Vehicle: Bill of Lading, Good Declaration (GD), Export Certificate, and Import Wharfage Invoice.
- Original CNIC of the current owner.
Once the hammer falls and a bid is won on the auction stage, the transaction is binding. WAA facilitates the settlement, but the final transfer of ownership is governed by the concerned motor vehicle registration authority.
Physical Vehicle Inspection Services
By submitting your vehicle for auction, or by bidding on a vehicle, you agree to the following terms regarding our inspections.
- WAA conducts comprehensive, 360-degree physical inspections on all consigned vehicles.
- No Digital Reports: The official WAA physical inspection report will be securely attached directly to the vehicle's windshield on the auction yard for buyers to review in person.
- WAA inspectors use accepted industry methods for fault detection. However, WAA will not be responsible for latent defects that are not visually or diagnostically apparent at the time of inspection.
- The inspection report states the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.
- It is the buyer's ultimate responsibility to walk the yard, conduct a visual review of the vehicle, and read the attached physical report before raising their paddle.
Rights to User Information
WAA will record your registration details, but this information shall not be sold to third parties.
You agree that WAA may use your information to provide customer services, confirm your Bidder Pass, and inform you about upcoming auction lots.
WAA will only disclose this data if compelled to do so by law or a governmental authority.
Abusing WAA
Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your account, revoke your Bidder Pass, and prohibit access to our physical yard if:
- We believe you are creating problems or possible legal liabilities.
- You attempt to manipulate the bidding process or collude with other buyers on the auction floor.
- You fail to make full settlement payment for a vehicle won at auction immediately after the hammer falls.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WAA, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from the use of our Website or physical auction services.
WAA assumes no liability for the delay, failure, or interruption of any data transmitted in connection with the Website.
While WAA takes high-security measures at our Lahore yard, you enter the physical premises and participate in the auction at your own risk.
WAA makes reasonable efforts to ensure inventory details on the Website are accurate, but final verification must be done by the buyer in person on the yard.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WAA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You understand and expressly agree that your use of the Website, and your participation on the auction floor, is at your sole risk.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
The user submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan on all matters and disputes, save that WAA may take action against the user in any relevant jurisdiction to enforce its rights.
Compensation & Indemnity
You agree to compensate us in full, including our officers, directors, employees, and agents, for any losses, costs, or legal fees we incur arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of WAA services, or your breach of any law.
Legal Disputes
If a dispute arises between you and WAA, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly.
We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation, before litigation.
General
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent breaches.
We may amend this user agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Website.
